CC 2100L is a liquid molybdate-free iron phosphate product designed for three or more stage spray washer or immersion applications. CC 2100L contains an effective detergent package and will clean and phosphate most types of steel and aluminum effectively in the temperature range 105-150oF*. CC 2100L provides heavier coating weights and less sludge by-products compared to conventional moly iron phosphates. CC 2100L provides an exceptional degree of paint adhesion, corrosion protection, and improved salt spray performance.
*Note: The low temperature use range (less than 125o F) is not recommended with this product if parts are constructed with welded overlaps.
